We developed an innovative Sports Facility Management System that transforms how sports venues are booked, maintained, and managed. The platform features a mobile responsive interface that empowers users to register, book, and manage their reservations on the go, from any device, while a fair 'points and limits' system ensures equitable access for all members. Real time push notifications keep users informed of event booking confirmations, cancellations, and important facility updates. On the administrative side, powerful backend tools provide full operational control, enabling administrators to assign and track maintenance tasks, schedule service windows, and log repair requests with complete history tracking. The system's intelligent notification system alerts both staff and administrators instantly when tasks are assigned, completed, or require attention, ensuring seamless communication across all levels. Combined with automated real time availability updates, the platform delivers a comprehensive solution that streamlines operations for staff while providing a transparent, responsive experience for all users.
