Employees can track task progress on-the-go and request admin approval for stock and equipment. The admin will have complete understanding of task progress.
The Melorane Game Reserve, situated in South Africa's North West Province, spans over 6000 hectares of pristine wilderness. With a strong focus on providing a sanctuary for wildlife and preserving biodiversity, the reserve is considered ERP's flagship project. The employees on the reserve perform a diverse range of tasks daily, from relocating wildlife such as Rhinos or Giraffes onto the reserve, to doing scientific surveys to ensure the biodiversity of the region is upheld and natural plant life can flourish without the influence of invasive species.
The reserve also works in tandem with the local Barokologadi Community to provide supplies - such as bicycles for school learners - as well as livelihood opportunities such as beekeeping jobs and training and mentorship for residents of the community.
