Author Guidelines

📋 Submission Requirements

Length: 4-6 pages (including references)
Format: PDF only

Paper Structure

Your extended abstract should be structured as follows:

1. Title and Authors

Include a clear, descriptive title and list all authors with their affiliations. Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*).

2. Introduction

Clearly state the research problem, its significance, and your research objectives. Include relevant background information and motivation for your work.

3. Methodology

Describe your research approach, methods used, experimental setup, or theoretical framework. Provide sufficient detail for reproducibility.

4. Results and Discussion

Present your key findings, analysis, and interpretation of results. Include relevant figures, tables, or diagrams to support your findings.

5. Conclusion and Future Work

Summarize your contributions and discuss potential future research directions.

6. References

Use the citation style specified in the provided template. Include recent and relevant references to support your work.

Blind copy (exluding any information that may reveal author identity)

High-resolution images (300 DPI minimum)
Clear, readable captions
Referenced in the text
Properly labeled and numbered

Submission Checklist

Before submitting, please ensure you have completed all the following:

Extended abstract is 2-3 pages in length (including references)

Used the official RECODE 2025 template

File is in PDF format and under 10MB

All authors and affiliations are correctly listed

All figures and tables are clearly labeled and referenced

References follow the RECODE 2025 citation style

Extended abstract has been proofread for grammar and spelling

Research methodology is clearly described

Results and conclusions are well-supported

After Acceptance

Poster Preparation

Accepted authors will need to prepare a poster for presentation:

Size: A2 (420 × 594 mm) portrait orientation
Content: Include key sections from your extended abstract
Design: Clear, readable fonts (minimum 24pt for body text). Larger sizes (e.g., 28–32 pt) are encouraged for better visibility.
Deadline: September 30, 2025

Presentation Guidelines

Prepare a 2-minute elevator pitch of your research
Be ready to discuss your methodology and findings
Bring business cards or contact information for networking
Plan to be available at your poster during designated sessions
